1st year here
So far so good, had alittle trouble with the staff getting back to me at times - also had a window unit (AC)for 6 days while they replace main central AC unit and my bill went up and no compensation but other than that I am happy with the place
Nice location, Great neighborhood
I've lived in the complex for 3yrs now unfortunately the rent has increased $100+ dollars every year. I love the location and maintenance is great.
Cost going up
Dumpsters get overfilled too fast. Trash laying around. Most good ppl moved out, too expensive. Parking reduced. Lots of garages but never see anybody using them. Building & windows never power washed as scheduled. No safe place for the kids to stand or continuous sidewalks to take in the mornings for the school bus. It's dangerous when they have to walk behind the parked cars.
