we love living close to things such as save a lot but maintence is slow at getting to repairs and for the rent for what you charge put in a hot tub next to the pool better yet let every apt have one of their own

Surprisingly expensive

Shockingly expensive given the quality of what you're getting. Never paid so much for so little. Internet costs $80, non-negotiable, and it's the crappy group internet. The apartment complex itself can't even keep the light switches working within the units, and there were holes in the walls through which daylight was visible. The basement regularly floods during the rain, and the lawn care is always a week late. The parking situation is atrocious and the ventilation is sub-par. Highway noise is surprisingly manageable, power is stable, and gas works reliably. Living here probably won't kill you. Probably.

maintenance is slow, but great place to live.

I like this place because we don't have any trouble. It is really quiet, and everyone stays on their own. I have been living here for about 3 1/2 years. I recommend this complex to everyone who is looking for a fun and quite place to live. Only problem maintance is slow to return to come to your apartment. Manager is great. Irene S. will be here 4 years in January...
