A lower monthly rent enticed me to this place and im eating crow on that choice. The amenities seem nuce but are always closed or out if order. The “gym” is opened from like 8-5, usual working hours. The place also stinks, literally and figuratively. Fespite no smoking, half the residents still so im pretty site, because there’s no other reason i can fathom for why my apartment smells like a casino in the 80s. Febree3c candles and glade plug ins don’t mask it at all. The basement floods and smells moldy. But they include that in the contact, so you can’t day anything about it. They lie about coming to fix things saying the door is bolted and they couldn’t get in. Everything is outdated and if anything isn’t, its updated in the cheapest way possible.

We have enjoyed living here for many years. It is peaceful and has a parkk-like setting in a great location next to everything you could need. The property manager can be unfriendly but that's most property manager's for you. All in all it's still a great place.

I have lived here for many years and love it!! My children love the pool and playground areas. I love that any maintenance issue is taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great apartment or town home in St. Charles to live.
