Love It Here
I have lived at Boulder Springs for 3 years now, and I very much enjoy being here as as the property is very well-maintained, with a great pool, accessible clubhouse with good workout room, and monthly events with free food that are hosted by the friendly staff. People of all ages live here comfortably, and many like myself have dogs and cats. There is a small pond on the property with a walking path too for people who need to get their steps in. Major grocers and gyms (YMCA, Club Fitness) are within a five minute drive. The restaurant scene in the surrounding neighborhood is also very good (Bristols, Cobalt Smoke & Sea, Timothy’s). We are about 25 minutes from downtown, but it is an easy drive. Many people work from home here and luckily, this location is very quiet allowing this. Outdoor parking is free, but you can pay for a covered spot or garage. There is no shortage of walking paths inside the property or in the surrounding neighborhood for all the dog walkers out there. Many of the apartments have been renovated with marble finishing and are perfect hosting friends, colleagues, and family. Multi-level townhouses are available too.

Best Place to Live
My husband and I have been here a little over a year and renewed back in June for another year! We love it here. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and well-kept along with the nice water features throughout. We also recently adopted a puppy so it's nice that we have the walking trials for walks and lots of lights for late-night potty trips. It is also super quiet tucked back in the corner of Ross and Fee, but still close enough to get to major stores. You have hospitals close by, several grocery stores and shopping outlets. All of the staff is super sweet and responsive! They always go out of their way to get things done the same day and ensure that everyone is happy. I cannot recommend this place enough!
