Great Living Space!

I'm very happy I chose Wilshire Apartments for my living space. It's close to my work, great location, and well maintained. All the staff have been friendly and helpful! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a fair and reasonably priced apartment home in the Liberty area!

Pet Policy

Maximum 2 pets allowed. Rent $20.00 per pet. Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted at our property. No pets over seventy-five (75) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $250.00 plus a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee for one and an additional pet deposit of $100.00 plus a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for a second pet. Apartments with NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. $20.00 per month per pet. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
