I have lived here for a little over a year. The staff in the office is nice and they answer any questions that you have. There is for the most part always parking and it is for the most part a quiet place to live. You will hear kids outside playing but that is very typical for any place. When something goes out in your apartment they respond to it in a fast manner. The only down side to that is the staff doesn't tell you when they are coming or even give a time frame on the day they are coming. They knock on the door when they are here and that is the only time you know they are coming. You have to be home to know that they came and they sometime leave the stuff they have fixed. If something is happening within the apartment they are good at sending out an email telling us what is happening and what we can expect. This is my first apartment that i have ever rented and it is a good starting place. This apartment is a good place if you are first starting to rent a place and don't know what you are looking for or don't know where to start. They do only have one bedrooms or two bedrooms but they are affordable. The outside doesn't look the prettiest but the inside is pretty nice. The price that you pay and the amount of square footage that you get is a nice deal. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking at something that is affordable and nice on the inside.
