What others love about this property:
Nice, a little pricey
Overall it has all the necessary amenities I was looking for. Would love if it was slightly more secure in terms of people getting in the building. Also feels a little pricey for it's location relative to the city and the size of the units.
A General Review
The door to the Gym has been messed up for months on end. The maintenance workers are good, but they aren't locksmiths. Please hire an actual locksmith to fix the door. One of the benches in the Gym is broken and so is other equipment. The Gym also needs basic equipment like a lat pull down. The pool of this complex is tiny compared to the new developments that are being put up around the same area. These new developments have decks on all units and access to fiber internet. If the price of my unit doesn't go down significantly compared to these newer/better facilities I won't be renewing my lease.
