Luxury apartment
I enjoy where I live! Minium noise snd staff is great! Would recommend to friends and family.
Great apartment
This apartment is in a great locstion, being by an out door mall. I would recommend anyone to live here.
Decent
This is a very nice, new apartment building. However parking is very limited. Pool is quite small and maintenence around the building is lacking. Overall a great place to live, but for what rent cost I would expect better.
This complex is no longer cleaned or maintained properly.
The situation around the dumpsters is a health concern. There is trash all over the place including diapers and cat litter. The dumpsters by the two main buildings do not have enough capacity for that many people. The fitness centers and hallways are no longer cleaned regularly. I no longer see the cleaning lady that used to clean the fitness center. The trash is often overflowing and the bathroom is nasty. Also the doors to the building are often in disrepair, hire an actual commercial locksmith to fix the doors. All of these issues are not acceptable for the rents this facility charges. This will all weigh into my decision to renew my lease.
