Convenient spacious comfortable

Solstice is a Great place to reside if your looking for privacy and spacious apartment. It gives you a home feel without the pressure of home. The amenities are great and the staff is very kind. I'm glad I move here.

I have had issues with parking close to my apartment as well as also having issues with the maintenance not always being the friendliest.

Mostly good

Very good. Great parking. Good staff. Maintenance prompt. Garage would be great instead of canopy very good quality floor. Appliances Are good. Like living here. Convenient to shopping. Parks And not too fsr to Costco. A real plus. No complaints Noise minimal. First time for apartment living in the 57 years of married life and we find it enjoyable. Close to mailboxes. People seem friendly. But not overbearing. There is not a lot more to say except staff tries to satisfy our needs they are friendly. Maintenance hasnt been called since new owners took over. Before all previous problems were solved quickly Love the closet door. Because it does not take up any space. Sink is big. Had to get used to i always had a double sink but now that I have gotten accustomed to it i like it. Closets have an abundance of room. Shower roomy. Bathrooms are roomy. All my furniture fit in living room. Nine foot ceilings are very nice. Kitchen is adequate with nice cabinets. Deep so very spacious.
