New to the community

Overall, I'm happy with the decision to move to the community. It is close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. The community is nice, appears well taken care of, so for that I'm happy. On the other side, the construction of a new townhome is not quite what I would have expected. The subfloor doesn't feel solid in areas of the home, you can hear the highway (which is a good distance from the back of the home) and the painter that did the house looks like they didn't care what happened. There is paint spots all throughout the home and on the bathroom mirrors. For the price of the rental, the expectations for me was that this place would be close to what I would purchase and that these little things were looked after and not overlooked.
