The only positives are the size of the apartment and the location. Communication from staff is poor at best and late/non-existent at worst. Multiple issues with heating/AC and it was difficult getting help in a timely manner. Staff hardly answers the phone and was rude the one time they did. Staff unavailable during weekends even in emergency situations. The walls are thin enough to clearly hear neighbors arguing, people talking outside, and whatever gameshow is being watching downstairs. Insulation is poor due to the age of the building.
