Very good location, great value

We moved in pretty recently, but so far we have absolutely loved it here. the value is great, especially for someone who doesn't really care about amenities like a pool or gym, which I have never used. It is extremely quiet, with very little noise from fellow residents or the outside. The streetcar stop is super close, like a 2 minute walk. No issues at all with parking since moving in. Overall we love it here!

I've lived here for 3 years

Ive signed three leases so far because I love the location and the apartments are great. If I have any issues at all the maintenance staff are very quick and helpful. I do wish the front end staff were better at communication though. I email them with questions and they never get back to me. I also wish we had a gym but even with that, I would suggest living here. Its quiet and the people who live here are friendly.
