Today, the building has been painstakingly restored. Great care was taken to maintain many of the original, ornate elements: the decorative terrazzo floors, polished Missouri limestone walls, and facade depicting the various commodities once brokered in the large trading hall on the 14th floor – now home to some of the city’s most luxurious penthouses.
Board of Trade Lofts offers a range of studios as well as one- and two-bedroom units. Numerous destination spots and the streetcar are in short walking distance.
