45 Madison is a great place to live! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The complex offers nice and clean amenities with attentive maintenance and staff. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light. The rent is extremely affordable for the area and ammenities.

Great!
Lived here for over a year and have resigned for our second (1) year term. Being able to walk to the Plaza and Westport is one of my favorite parts of living here. In the summer the pool is great and has a fun atmosphere. Outside grilling is very convenient as well. The office/maintenance staff is always friendly, professional, and prompt with any questions or issues. Was recommended by another resident and will recommend to any friends that are looking to move closer to the south side of the city.
