Notre Dame is the best kept secret in KC... hands down! I almost don't want people to know how amazing it is! Nestled in one of best neighborhoods in KC it's like a private oasis. Very quiet and very minimal city noise gets into our beautiful area. There are trees everywhere, private balconies, squirrels and bids, our own pool and wood/brick accents throughout the units. Not to mention that management staff and maintenance staff are some of the best I have ever worked with and make this experience so enjoyable, especially with being local and family owned. I hate dealing with corporate management companies. Terra Management is amazing. Oh and forgot to mention extremely pet friendly and even have dog cleanup stations throughout the property. Our "backyard" is the extensive network of the KC park system, coffee shop within walking distance and a quick drive to Costco or Billie's Grocery. I have just absolutely loved living here, hence why I just signed my 4th lease!

I don't think I have ever lived anywhere that I love more than Notre Dame apartments. This location is phenomenal with being along such a vast network of parks, removed from busy streets and nestled in the trees so it is always quiet and still being able to be anywhere in the city within 5-10 minutes. The walkability of the neighborhood is amazing and having Mother Earth Coffee, Billie's Groceries and Costco/Home Depot all within walking distance is so ideal. The quality of my unit is the perfect balance of cozy and high-end. And Terra Management is one of the best in the business. Super friendly, extremely timely and efficient maintenance responses and genuinely love their residents. They are more about longevity and creating a home you want to stay in. The low turnover of residents says it all as most people want to stay in their units for long term. I know I will stay in Notre Dame as along as I can!
