Pet fees are due prior to move-in or at lease renewal if a pet is being added at that time. Undisclosed Pet Policy Pets may not be added during the term of the lease. If an unauthorized pet is found residing on the property, it will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500.00 fine.

It's my first apartment on my own, and they made the process easy. Admittedly, they are older apartments, so they do have their own sets of issues, but the positives outweigh the negatives in my opinion.

This is my first apartment with my boyfriend, we pay $750 for rent in a 300 sq ft apartment and pay $105 for water, sewer, trash, and pest control. Our neighbor is drunk almost every night and blasts her music and keeps me up, and our upstairs neighbors are up in the middle of the night. I’ve told management about it and they say they can’t do much but I know they could if they tried. The parking is meh, first come first serve but everyone parks in the same spots most of the time. There are really no amenities except for the in-unit washer/dryer and a back road to take for when it snows since there is a big hill that cars can’t get up in the winter. It has been a decent first apartment but I am looking to move soon.
