I like the location of the apartment, not a lot of traffic or people in an out. The parking can be a headache sometimes, overall a decent place to call home.

Our apartment community is located at 10309 E. 61st Street in Raytown, MO, directly next to Raytown High School and the Bus Garage. There are several restaurants and local shopping centers within minutes. We completed a full property remodel in the summer of 2021 and are currently leasing 1 and 2 bedroom units.
