So far living here has been great. The only thing i do not like is the unfinished driveway, minimum cabinets on kictchen.

Happy living here office staff is nice maintenance keeps everything fixed grounds always clean plus it's peaceful and quiet.

Good Value - perfect location

I love the Cedars for the price and the location. The location is only 15 minutes from downtown KC, 8 minutes from the stadiums, and only 10 minutes to Blue Springs or Lee's Summit. This complex is the perfect single room apartment set up for the price. They could use some upgrades, but that also comes with a increase in prices. Can't complain!

Sidewalks & walkways

I want to thank the maintenance staff for doing such a great job with the walkways in this icy weather. I had a doctors appointment today and I felt totally safe walking to & from my ride. The guys even put salt right up to my front door. What a fantastic and serious job keeping the area safe for us. Thank you again guys. Michael Payne
