The manager Natasha at the 40hwy facility is derelict of her duties. She doesn't problem solve, she creates more of a problem for tenants, by not being available or having someone on duty during office hours when your not in default, and your gate code doesn't work, when you call the toll free number for help it routes you back to the office your unit is at, which also is no help as no one is available, and your also not able to reach someone unless you don't give your unit info, which is how we were able to make a complaint about these concerns, and were told it would take 3 business days to get a response from the director, there are no rules posted or in the lease that you sign, that says you can't access your unit number, thinking you may of entered it incorrectly, but instead of helping you, she accuses after the fact, and denies any gate access to your unit unless she is present in office to let you in, and it has to be her only, your punished for her lack in performing job duties, answering phones,returning calls, fixing non working gate codes, topped by no one in attendance at the office even during 9am to 6pm posted hours. Natasha reacts with a power trip, and denies gate access to your unit, unless, she specifies, that she is present at the office to allow you in the gate, you have no access to your unit. And 9am to 6pm when most people are actually at work, hence the gate access til 9pm. Lack of proper management of this business and non-existent customer service is what your promised to expect, because an angry power tripping manager who rages on you for her or the company's errors, instead of an apologetic let me fix the problem that caused your concerns, or can I offer a solution that would keep your business here, this location makes you be tickled to move your belongings out ASAP, TO NO LONGER DEAL WITH A HATEFUL MANAGER THAT CAN'T, OR WON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR, OR AT LEAST SHOW UP TO WORK TO HELP PREVENT THE PROBLEMS THE TENANTS ENCOUNTER THRIUGH NO FAULT OF THEIRS, BY ANSWERING CALLS, OR STAFFING THE OFFICE DURING OFFICE HOURS, AND BY HANDLING THE TRUTH THAT YOUR NOT PERFORMING YOUR JOB DUTIES EFFECTIVELY, and it's your lack of customer service abilities hurting the business that someone unwisely put you in charge of, being kind doesn't cost a dime, and when your the wronged customer, and address the problem with the manager, that was no fault of yours, kindly, expecting correction, but the outcome that should be reasonable, in favor of the wronged party, at the very least, allow them to be able to access their unit with the gate code they were given, and an apology for their time wasted several occasions a week, instead of wasting more of their time trying to coordinate with someone who clearly doesn't value their job. Unfortunately this business is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with, but I will only have to deal with their management once more to remove my belongings. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY. IF YOU RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM AS I DID, A NON WORKING. GATE CODE, GOOD. LUCK, REACHING OUT BY PHONE OR IN PERSON AT THE FACILITY. CALL THE. 800; number, NOT Natasha, no answer or reply. We called for two hours straight,3 TIL 5 pm no reply til 5:25pm. office closes at 6pm. Then were made to go back to the office to be raged on and informed our only access to the unit is during business hours til 6pm, as she has now blocked the gate code, instead of fixing it, after waiting hours on Saturday for someone to assist with a non working gate code, and again today 3-5pm. two hours of calling to get gate access, as there was no one available to help get in the gate, since our code didn't work, initially on Sat. again on Wednesday, and now Natasha could of told us over the phone, andbyr made us come there, and the acct is not in Default, nor did we do anything to cause the gate code not to work in the first place. I made a reservation for Sunday on Wednesday and canceled it on Saturday before I made it to the storage unit. I'm gonna let yall know because they won't!! You will not get a full refund after they hold the unit even for a day they will not tell you this or give you a heads up before you cancel your unit. I paid 69$ and received a refund of 18$. Not even half of what I paid. Real shame. I'm moving and just needed a few more weeks. I needed a unit for long term and this established has lost my business. Luckily there is a storage down the street the opposite way hopefully they are better with communication. If I knew I was only receiving 18$ I would have kept the unit. I understand it was reserved so no one else could buy it but now it's open for purchase and someone will pay a full 69$ and have that unit when I only received 18$ refund. Kathy from store 0158 is unprofessional, causing the business to lose customers because of her deceitful ways. She made a verbal agreement and did not follow through with it and did not take her clients calls. Do not do business here. There is no working with you or any incentive for loyal customers and they don't uphold what they said. They have a lawsuit coming. They are recorded lines and screenshots of the not following through with contract.
