New with Growing Pains

Fantastic location but for the price there are still a lot of growing pains. The security gates here rarely work so I wouldn't consider it a security benefit at this point. To get ahold of anyone in the office... it's difficult and getting a return call is unheard of. And to try to catch them in the office is difficult as there are a few days they're supposed to be up until 5:30, but the doors are generally locked by 5. After our first snowfall, noone went out to put salt on the sidewalks. So until we had some heat to help them melt, it was sketchy.
