Close to work

Just renewed my lease for the third time. I got this apartment because it was close to where I work. I have a third floor apartment because it looks bigger and has higher ceilings and I have no one above me . I like the size and style but I have noticed that I have old appliances and wonder if they will ever be changed out while I live here. I plan to be here at least five more years, maybe longer. The staff is friendly, but not overly friendly. Maintenance guys are fast and some of them are really good at explaining what they are doing and how to make it not happen again. I have a dog and routinely pick up poop and others poop as well. Sometimes we pick up a whole grocery sack so I dont think others are as good about it. They have been really good about maintaining the poop sack supply. The mowers have not been as good this year as they have been in the past. They cut corners and rush through and left a wide swath at the back of the apartments this time. I really dont like the cigarette butts all over and I am glad you are going to try to go smokeless again. Cigarette butts do not decompose and are there until someone picks them up. This is something I cant make myself do, so there they are hoping for a good wind. All in all, I enjoy living here, not too many complaints, and I thank you for asking

Great Property Team

Like living here

The rooms are spacious the location is close to hospital and grocery store and the mall. For the most part clean great lighting and outstanding amenities. Wish the covered parking space was wider.
