Alta Village

I really love Alta Village Apartments! From the courtyard pool, to the cherry blossom trees surrounding it, the property is truly beautiful! The staff are all amazing people, and I love how understanding the office managers are! (Jo and Tina). They are both strong-willed managers, and they go above and beyond to make sure that each and every resident is accommodated to, and taken care of with timely manner! The apartments are well kept, as are the buildings, and all in all, the atmosphere here is just generally amazing! My husband and i moved into our apartment here on June 20, 2024, and it was a day earlier than our original move-in date, thanks to Tina! She knew what our situation was, and she got us moved in a day earlier in urgent timing! We havent had any complaints about jeremy (the maintenance man), Jo, the onsite office manager, and Tina, the manager of our apartments. We want to thank them for their kindness, their generousioity, and their staying on top of things for their residents needs, the complex needs, and the needs for the property itself. I recommend Alta Village Apartments!

Good place, no major issues noted at this time

Too many bad people around and cars got broken into often

A few car break ins and a stolen truck. But other than that no major issues.

This has been an great place to call home

I'm writing this for my nephew, the location is great from him since he doesn't drive, he walks to work. He has never had any issues with staff, maintenance or other residents. And the staff understands his disability & that makes me happy.
