Good living

Situated in a convenient area. Near many different kinds of eating establishments, near banks, drugstore, gas stations, churchs, and shopping centers. And The maintenance is good and prompt and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly and many persons have dogs. I have lived here thirty plus years and enjoy the community.

Somewhat affordable

Some tenants are very rude and inconsiderate with the noise level when they live above other apartments. The carpet in the halls are filthy! The buildings need to be secute to keep kust anyone from off thr street To walk in. The laundry and the storage tooms should onlynbe accessible to renters. Anyone can enter these rooms and hide out. The parking lots had huge holes and during the einter, snow was piled up too high to get the cars out.

Solid Apartment, Good Amenities, Nice Area

I will say there is no covered parking or secure spot, so you are basically on Southwest Airlines first to get the spot gets it, and that can be annoying. Gym is a nice little addition, pool looks good, kitchen does not have much counter space, but if you don't cook a whole lot it's more than enough. I think the area is good, most nights are quiet, but you may smell weed. Other than that, I think its a homely vibe, and the front desk and maintenance are top notch!
