The apartment does not come without the retention bar for the short. The apartment does not have a linen closet. The second bedroom is way too small. No tub in the master bathroom.

The manager for the apartments is the best person ever. The amenities are good and the people are nice. Maintenance is timely.

My apartment is modern and clean, somewhat reasonably priced. However, I reside on an end unit and the walls are poorly insulated. I am amazed of the cold air coming from the outlets located on the exterior walls. Also, have you considered a key change FOB for building entrance? I have to be honest the key cards are a pain at times. All that being said I am happy with my decision for residence at MC.

This is an awesome place to live. Easy access to the highway, close to shopping and dining, and in a great school district. The only downsides I’ve seen so far is not enough parking spaces for tenants and guests and there’s no club house to have any resident activities or events. Other than that, it really has bern a great place to live.

Its a very nice and quiet complex. Maintenance is always quick to resolve issues and the units themselves are great!
