I've lived here for 6 years. The current manager has been the best hands down and the maintenance guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason I'm moving is that I purchased a house. The property is in a great location, close to everything shopping and food-wise. My one major issue and it wasn't a constant thing, was parking. I have 1 vehicle and depending on time of day, I may not have been able to park even remotely close to my apartment. Due to the layout and the paid covered parking, I don't know if there is an easy solution. I will say that every apartment I had ever lived in, had designated parking for apartments and for guests. Also, for the amount that rent is, I would think at the very least I would get 1 designated parking spot. If you want more, then have an upcharge or something to that effect. Just my thoughts... I will say that you have a great team here and if it weren't for them, I may have moved out long before now.

Location and staff are great but disrespectful tenants on second floor. No sound barrier between levels. Parking is atrocious. If you get home after 7 you have to park far away from your apartment.

I wish there was more parking, if I come home too late, i end up having to park on the complete other side of the complex dragging groceries etc or pay for a spot closer. Also rent has increased significantly over the almost 5 years i've been here. I like management and the staff, they are friendly and attentive to any needs i might have.

Im still new but the people above me walk very heavy and it gets loud in the breezeway. The parking is a bit tight as well.
