Don’t fall for it… It looks great but they all lie. The owners, management and staff. Many residents are being forced into a move they were not warned about. On its face, it sounds great, you get to move into an even newer building. But wait.. you will not get your same floor plan. If you had a bathtub in your old unit, you might only get a shower in the new one. Bought furniture to fit into your old unit? Oh well. Don’t want to be on the ground level? No one cares? Don’t want to finish out your lease bc you dont want to move? They’ll evict you. Its a hot mess.

Triple Crown Leasing Manager

I have lived at the Triple Crown for the last 3 years. I Ilove the property but cannot understand why the leadership within the leasing office continues to be incompetent. I am continuously flabbergasted by their lack of professionalism or simple awareness of what it means to be a leader in Customer Service to ensure that your valuable customers (i.e. those who actually renew their leases) are treated with respect, provided proactive and/or timely communications regarding TC actions that will impact our experience. In theory, I have to believe your goal is to achieve a high level of renewed leases. I challenge you to review this statistic at this property AND facilitate exit interviews as leases are not renewed. As an example of completely unacceptable behavior is the move that is required because of the sprinkler system that is not to code. 1. No official communication has occurred 2. Units in building C are being leased to the public without first giving current residents an opportunity to select their unit 3. Moving benefits are being DENIED if a resident chooses their new unit vs being RANDOMLY assigned by the leasing office, who has continuously proven they are inept at best. 4. Residents who are aware of this situation have found out by some stroke of luck…. 5. Residents in building B have been told they are required to move, BUT have been advised that we will not be given an opportunity to select a unit in building D before the general public. My lease expires in May. Odds are I will not renew. This most recent behavior clearly demonstrates the fact that the leadership of this property and Doran do not appreciate their most precious commodity….renters who renew.

Awesome spot great amenities

So far amazing! Amber, alex, and Dawn have all been amazing! The building is top tier, the amenities are even better! The people are nice! And the location is amazing! Rentint is not always a dream but here it has been so far! Communicative and understanding staff with great living!
