After being forced to move 16 months ago because of sprinkler issues, and having to pay to move ourselves!, many of us are now being forced to move again due to mold in our apartments. These are brand new, less than 16 months old apartments!! I am extremely disappointed with how management is handling this. No compensation was given. They hired the same Movers they used to move some people during sprinkler-gate. The Movers broke things and did not unpack as promissed. Many of us have been dealing with health and skin issues since moving to the newer building that is now full of mold. Find someplace else to live unless you like to move a lot, and have good health insurance!!

Don’t fall for it… It looks great but they all lie. The owners, management and staff. Many residents are being forced into a move they were not warned about. On its face, it sounds great, you get to move into an even newer building. But wait.. you will not get your same floor plan. If you had a bathtub in your old unit, you might only get a shower in the new one. Bought furniture to fit into your old unit? Oh well. Don’t want to be on the ground level? No one cares? Don’t want to finish out your lease bc you dont want to move? They’ll evict you. Its a hot mess.
