The location of Woodridge is amazing. Close to the highway, close to downtown, close to daycare and work for me - it couldn't be better. The size of my apartment is amazing. The security of the building is amazing, as are the amenities. In my last year however, I've noticed that the ceiling has absolutely no insulation as I've complained about the folks upstairs NUMEROUS times with unanswered emails from the staff. I think simple things like having a garbage disposal would be nice. Or even central AC as my kids bedrooms get into the 80's during the summer even with the AC unit on and fans running down the hall. I also noticed the east side of the building is more updated than the west side which upsets me when my rent was just jacked up by almost $600.00. The sliding door to my balcony never works; it's always jammed. And the area outside my balcony has trash in the rocks. There could definitely be some updates to maintenance around the building. Overall, a good experience living there but overpriced for the value in my opinion. I don't need smart thermostats to control when away from the home - unnecessary upgrade.

This apartment is great! The location is convenient because it is close to the mayo clinic. There is a lake right in front which is perfect to walk around and the area is pretty safe. The amenities are great and are kept in great conditions. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is definitely one of the best places i’ve lived in and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
