For over a year now, our home at Cascade Shores has been a beautiful, 2 BR, 1 1/2 BA townhouse with attached 2 car garage. Just a short 0.3 mi. walk to Cascade Lake Park and only 1.8 mi. to St. Mary’s Hospital and Mayo Clinic, and nearby groceries, restaurants and shopping! The townhouse rooms are spacious with high ceilings. We use the loft space as our office. The walk-in closet in the MBR and the master bathroom are quite large. The rent is very comparable considering all that you get in the house and amenities, i.e., gym, pool and playground. Highly recommended!
