Renters appreciate the beautiful views of the lake, spacious units with plenty of natural light, and well-maintained grounds with bike and walking paths around Cascade Lake. Many residents enjoy the recent kitchen remodels and overall improvements to the interiors and exteriors of the units. The community is described as quiet, family-friendly, and safe, with helpful and responsive staff and maintenance. Snow removal and other maintenance requests are handled promptly, and there is convenient parking. Proximity to the Mayo Clinic campus and downtown Rochester is also highly valued. Renters enjoy the sense of community and the overall welcoming atmosphere.

I am pretty satisfied with everything. However, all of the dead trees are detrimental to the appearance of your property. They are not only an eyesore, they are dangerous. Otherwise, you are doing great.

Living at Avalon Cove has been an enjoyable place to call home. It is convenient to Rochester and the Mayo Clinic. The Lake is available for activities and tge walking/biking trail is great for exercise. The office and maintenance staff have been exceptional.
