Amazing Property

I have lived here since the summer of 2020 and I have loved every second. From the staff, to the amenities to the location. Warehouse living in the heart of the north loop, what more could you ask for? If you love exposed brick and duct work and concert flooring, this is where you want to live!

Over priced for what you get

Not a good value for what you pay. Great location no doubt but parking garage is minuscule and often floods, also leaves a layer of greasy dusty goop on your car even if you just leave it in there overnight. Staff is nice, but really slow to responding to issues you have-example you are told to take care of noise complaints on your own by calling the cops or addressing the noisy neighbors yourself....very odd approach. Mysterious charges come out of your account often with absolutely no reasoning and no warning. You email to let them know and they apologize and say it was an error. Errors that happen 6 times.............again and again we had money taken from our account with no reasoning, then were refunded upon being told it was "by accident." Keep an eye on your account. Overall, I just think they want your money and they don't care at all about residents. Might be the Copham, might be Greco, who knows who cares. I wouldn't live here again, which is a shame because it's a nice building in a nice location. Just too many issues make it totally not worth it.
