I've only been here for 2 months but its a fantastic place. Stacy, the leasing manager, is extremely nice. This place feels like a community. THe apartments are really good quality, and beautiful. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Mill and Main East

Mill and Main is a beautiful building, well maintained, with exceptional amenities and responsive staff. It is truly an oasis for apartments, especially with the garage parking option! For the most part, it is a very peaceful building and I even have no noise complaints! The pool is gorgeous and usually quite quiet in the summer, the gym is well equipped, and the hot tub usually has nobody in it depending when you go, besides maybe a few people. The only thing is that with the beautiful amenities comes a higher price — which, is deserved for the quality — and you can expect to see high increases in rent for renewing leases. This is sadly the reason I am leaving but have also only lived here for a 8 months or so; others with longer terms of residence may have had a different or more extensive view/experience of building and management. For pricing examples, garage with no witing list was $175/mo, with ~$1630 base rent for a studio alcove (600 or 630ish ? sq ft) and bundled utility fees that brought rent to $1913 a month, without wifi, electric, and water. While this is a hefty price, I would say the quality and extent of the amenities and beautiful location are obviously the contributors for this.
