If applicable, one-time non-refundable pet fee ($200), one-time pet deposit ($200),  monthly pet fee ($25 to $40 per pet), monthly parking for additional stall if available ($75 per stall), monthly storage rental ($30 per space), monthly insurance premium ($10.75 per unit) .
