I am on my second year here and love it. I really appreciate being within walking distance of Elm Creek Park and being able to quickly get onto 94 or 610. The management has been pleasant.

We love living here. Its quiet, family friendly, clean, well maintained, we feel safe at peace and management is awesome. We are treated like family and they take care of any issues in a prompt manner. We highly recommend it.

Haven't lived here long but have nothing but great things to say. Quiet building, great location, friendly neighbors and staff. The apartment itself is very nice and a great value for its size snd amenities.

My wife and I just moved into Fernbrook View Apartments this past summer and have been loving it! The location being next to Elm Creek Park, Arbor Lakes, and the cities has been super convenient. It's a quiet, beautiful location. The property's management are super friendly and all very helpful. The apartments, people, prices, and location have made it a great home!

This place has been a home for my son and I these last 2 years. It is clean, peaceful, family friendly, well maintained. We are very happy with how fast things get addressed by the management if anything needs attention. The community is quiet which a huge plus especially for those of us working remotely. We look forward to renewing our contract. We highly recommend making this place your home.
