Enjoyed my stay and the staff there. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone

These apartments have no management and no caretaker. Your on your own here. The apartments are filthy. Maintenance takes forever. But there's a huge kitchen free underground parking. So ya. Give and take. For me. I'll be leaving. Too little cleaning for me to little maintenance and communication from management is poor at best.

Building is not kept up. Staff turnover is high and its affecting the residents. Lots of kids. Nit alot of noise between apartments.

Moved in a few years back. Maintenance is extremely understaffed and supported. They've had 3 managers who have been here short times like for 1-3 months at a time here then nobody. So basically not being managed by on-site manager and dumped off to overworked property manager. Tger has been two caretakers but none for most of the time been close a year now and no caretaker. The building has 1 trash can outside front door Nd one on playground. Inside there's one medium garbage in lobby. That's it. And there's tons of kids and 4 floors.no garbage on any of the floor entrances just the chutes on each floor and no receptacle in garage either. The building is messy with litter. Mainly kids stuff. There's lots of kids. The handicapped doors haven't worked in over 6 months except the one to enter out of interior works going through locked entrance main door in lobby locked area going in does not work and neither do exterior doors. I've had an incomplete maintenance issue that's noted as completed fir 5 months. And to order parts takes forever. The apartment I live in is always cold and the heat has problems coming on every winter. This has been my experience. It's not bad staff. There just overworked by sand companies and they don't tale the time to get people in here that know what there doing in a timely fashion. Neighbors are nice. But have heard many comment stuff about poor lack of cate to building. This is for 9220 building. I have heard the other building on site does not have as many issues.
