Really nice location decent price for a 1 bedroom

Overall i like living here rent is a little expensive but everything is included except electric which is jice. Washer and dryer dont work well and i have melted some of my favorite clothes die to them.

Satisfied Experience

Living at The Edge has been nice. It is conveniently located by the university I study at and has been easy to live in. The noise level is quiet to almost silent. When we've had an issue it's been fixed.

Great Staff

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all the work they have put into the property. There is very little soundproofing between apartments above, below, and adjacent so sound can be an issue between units.

Can't wait to move out

I've lived here almost 2 years and honestly loved it until recently. Old management wasn't great at managing, but they at least were response to maintenance requests or tenant problems unlike these people. The new management has done a lot of "projects" since taking over in Dec. 2021 but really haven't done anything productive to improve the life of residences around here. Matter of fact they have made it majorly worse and after speaking to my neighbors I'm not the only one who feels that way. I doubt many people will resign. There has been countless people locked out because they wanted to randomly put a lock on all the entry doors. My heat has been broken completely off OR stuck at 80 plus DEGREES since they have taken over. I could go on with the problems. I can't wait until my lease is over.
