Management is amazing and very pleasant to work with. Upon moving in the apartment was very clean and in good shape. It is always quiet and the residents are friendly. Would recommend!

Don't get me wrong, I love living here. However, I've noticed since moving in we've had increases in the amount we pay for rent every so often. With the new insurance adding 11$ and the pet fee, Im paying $1200~ for an only a partially updated unit that has quite a bit of damage.

I have lived in River Bluff Apartments for 2 1/2 years and have really enjoyed living here for the most part. I have been friendly to the residents and they have been very friendly to me in turn. My apartment had been renovated completely just before I moved in, and I really liked that. I have a beautiful westward facing view and a nice patio. The building has a beautiful courtyard. The appliances in my unit are nice. When I have had maintenance issues, they were resolved quickly. The heat and air conditioning work well. I have never had trouble finding a washing machine or dryer to use. I happen to live above someone who seems to believe he is the only resident here and is very loud, but usually I do not hear him because we are spending our time in areas of our apartment that are far enough away from each other. I do not think other residents have this experience. I have covered parking for which I pay a low rate and that is very nice to have in the winter. I think the location is pretty good too. I would recommend living here.

It’s an okay place to live. Not too expensive, great location and keeps resodents informed of inconveniences in utility repairs. I give it a 6/10
