Our townhomes feature two story living, full-sized washers and dryers in each home and private attached garages.   Our community participates in tax credit programs, this means that there are minimum and maximum income limits our residents must meet to live in the community. Our on-site management team can help you determine if you qualify to Jordan Valley Townhomes your home.
Jordan Valley Townhomes participates in an affordable housing program.  The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be under the limits based on household size. However, future residents of this community need to speak directly to an on-site agent to learn more about how your household can qualify. Deposits are equal to one month's rent. To maintain the integrity of the community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants. Maintenance

I have lived here for over 6 years. My only complaint is about maintenance. They might show up 6 months after a request, maybe. If they do, they look at what's going on, say they'll be back, and never come back. Very frustrated.

This is a great place to live, but the price going up so much each year is difficult for low income. Maintenance does not reply to requests and then marks the request as complete when nothing was done and I was never contacted.

I love the complex i live however the maintenance hasn’t been the best since Covid but the location is wonderful amenities and space are perfect for me and family
