Why Renters Love It Here
Old but affordable
This property is poorly taken care of. The building is old and so the elevator is always breaking, the garage doors seem to always have issues, garage always smells like garbage, constantly turning water off to "make important repairs". It's always at very inconvenient times like 4pm and 8:30am this morning while I was getting ready for work and multiple other times a month. They also like to send out a notice and say water will be off and then don't actually get the repair started till 3 hours later. The poor maintenance guy is overwhelmed with work orders at all times, they need to hire way more property maintenance staff. Very slimy property management company if you ask me. They need to update the units and rip out the hall carpets to maybe help with the smell. The cleaners and staff that I see are kind and helpful but it always seems like there's something going on or broken that is inconvenient for everyone. If you need a place to live close to alot of stores and public transport for a reasonable budget then this is unfortunately your place. I wouldn't say it's cheap especially for what you get but it's semi affordable and gives you indoor parking and a balcony with included utilities.
Great place to live
Affordabke place to live. Location is great. Wish management was a lottle bit easier to get ahold of and they offered more under ground parking. Overall no complaints. Very fair priced place.

Cambridge towers review
Sirens all times of day and night. Men I don't know who are panhandling or wanting to come in the door with me. It's better now with open parking and more light at night.
Location, location, location
I actually really enjoy the area, and the underground parking. Unfortunately the property is so old that there is always something that needs to be updated or fixed but fortunately they are quick about it getting fixed. Water was cold for a few days and then they replaced the water heater and its all better now, Elevators are working but they are old and probably should just be replaced, but since walls are cement its very quiet with minimal noise. Balcony is a nice size and the building is very dog friendly. Overall the good out weights the bad in my opinion but im so busy none of the issues have really affected me. I give it overall 3.5 stars out of 5
