I have lived here several years, it has been a great place to live. Michelle, the property manager and Brad, the maintence guy are really wonderful. Maintenance requests are handled in a very prompt manner. Awesome place to live.

Neighbors are very noisy in the evening, and in the middle of the night. No one seems to watch their children, and the neighborhood is becoming trashed/destroyed. Not to mention, that parking is constantly being violated. cars being parked on the driveway, not giving enough space to drive-through. It seems to me there’s no respect in this neighborhood towards others.
