The staff Laura & Francisco are amazing at their jobs. They are so approachable too. I wish the handicapped parking didn't get blocked all the time but other then no pool as an amenity it's a great place to live.

Really enjoyed living here, it has felt homey, and reasonably priced for a 2 bed 2 bath. My wife and I do work throughout the metro (.e.g golden valley, st paul, maplewood, etc) which means our drive is a bit futher than I'd like, but never totally unreasonable. If you want to live somewhere that is NEAR the city, but still feels like you aren't living in the city, it's great.

Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents are responsible for payment of heat, electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in. Please rate us on GOOGLE!
