Lots of Hidden Fee's

Building doesn't have an underground stairway in parking lot, so when the elevator goes out you have to walk underground all the way around complex. The '2 months rent fee" applies after the 3 rd month but they take out so many fee's and a mandatory internet of $70 per month that it practically eliminates your 2nd free month, they charge for your keys, outside parking if you want to be close to the building, my stone, washer and fridge have gone out 3 times in the 6 months I have lived there. If you live behind the building they have no options to buzz in your guests - you have to walk all the way to the front door or walk down ant retrieve your delivery or guest. Staff is wonderful but the property manger is know to make promises - forget about them and charge a different price other than what was verbalized. You have to mail two to three times to get staff to respond which can be frustrating.

Alot Of Hidden Fee's

A lot of CAM, hidden fees and excessive charges. Staff is amazing but appliances are constantly going out, walls are thin, and the hidden charges make the rent unbearable.
