This place is in a nice location, the community has been nice and Caleb was extremely helpful in the leasing process!

Management could be better...
The maintenance process has been so slow and management could be doing a lot more to speed it up. The management is also not "hard-handed" enough, as people leave large pieces of junk furniture and trash out in the hallway and management doesn't do anything about it but send an email telling people to stop.
