I have been living here for almost 8 years and we have loved it here! Everyone is pretty friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is safe. Noise is always at a low and it has got a pretty decent view for sunsets!

This is a nice, family-friendly townhome community. Management are absolutely wonderful and maintenance generally very responsive. What you get for your money is incredible. My one and only complaint is that many of the neighborhood kids are allowed to play unsupervised and get into trouble, getting into others' private space and at times being destructive of private property.

A Pre-Lease Deposit of $200 is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. The following is due at the time of application: Pre-Lease Deposit $45 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the Shadow Green Apartments office.
