A Pre-Lease Deposit of $200 is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. Great place for families!

I have been living here for almost 8 years and we have loved it here! Everyone is pretty friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is safe. Noise is always at a low and it has got a pretty decent view for sunsets!

Wonderful for the price

This is a nice, family-friendly townhome community. Management are absolutely wonderful and maintenance generally very responsive. What you get for your money is incredible. My one and only complaint is that many of the neighborhood kids are allowed to play unsupervised and get into trouble, getting into others' private space and at times being destructive of private property.
