A Pre-Lease Deposit of $200 is due at the time of application. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. The following is due at the time of application: Pre-Lease Deposit $45 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways: Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the Shadow Green Apartments office. Checks are accepted for security deposits with hard copy applications. Once approved for occupancy and prior to signing the Lease Agreement, the remainder of your Security Deposit will be due. Wonderful for the price

This is a nice, family-friendly townhome community. Management are absolutely wonderful and maintenance generally very responsive. What you get for your money is incredible. My one and only complaint is that many of the neighborhood kids are allowed to play unsupervised and get into trouble, getting into others' private space and at times being destructive of private property.

Great community

Hello, so what I experience here will be a great quite family area to live. My kids love it here and the schools i love it. It is a clean nice area, and the kids feel free to run around and its safe, even though I still go out there with them cause that the type of mother I am. I have to see my kids where about. I lived here since 2020 and Eden Prairie is my home for sure. The thing I like most about this community and my home that I have no worries and I feel safe. Yes, I will recommend this home because also its affordable and a good neighborhood to raise your kids. But one if my dislike and only dislike I don't like about this is that I have to pay to watch my clothes when I pay for water and I have a washer and dryer in my home that is not free. Beside that I love it.
