Customer Service Office

I recently had an experience with office lady and the asian guy, and unfortunately, the level of customer service was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked, I noticed a lack of attentiveness and professionalism that should be the standard in any workplace that values its customers. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Simple questions were met with curt responses, and it felt as though they were more focused on getting through the day than addressing customer needs. Waiting times were unnecessarily long, and when I finally received assistance, it was rushed and lacking in detail. Customer service is the face of any organization, and this experience left me questioning the company’s commitment to its clients. A little courtesy, patience, and a willingness to help would go a long way in improving the experience for everyone. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and invests in training their employees to better meet customer expectations. Would I recommend their services? Not at this time—at least not until there’s a noticeable improvement in their customer service approach.

Very nice apartment in a new building and an attentive staff who is willing to help if you need it. Heating parking garage with a personal spot is a big plus

Overpriced overall

This apartment is branded and priced as "luxury". Upon initially seeing the building, the common spaces look impressive. However, the amenities are not consistently clean and accessible for use. The price is not worth the place, in my opinion.
