I've only been in MartinBlu a week, so I know I have much more to experience. Thus far.... -I love the building and staff; wish we had a pool for the grandkids -I would really like to meet other residents. Hope we have means for easily doing that. -It's absolutely crazy that residency here requires SO MANY apps - ButterflyMX, SmartRent, LuxerOne, RentCafe, a sticker for the garage door, a key for the mailbox. fob for the quiet room, access to the Community Room? (my Salo fob and SmartRent apps don't work),... -In just one week here, my kitchen sink has bubbled up ugly liquid - when I'm not even using it. I've heard the gurgling from another room and come into the kitchen to find ugly water in my sink. Help???

I recently had an experience with office lady and the asian guy, and unfortunately, the level of customer service was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked, I noticed a lack of attentiveness and professionalism that should be the standard in any workplace that values its customers. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Simple questions were met with curt responses, and it felt as though they were more focused on getting through the day than addressing customer needs. Waiting times were unnecessarily long, and when I finally received assistance, it was rushed and lacking in detail. Customer service is the face of any organization, and this experience left me questioning the company’s commitment to its clients. A little courtesy, patience, and a willingness to help would go a long way in improving the experience for everyone. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and invests in training their employees to better meet customer expectations. Would I recommend their services? Not at this time—at least not until there’s a noticeable improvement in their customer service approach.
