Good community at good location and timely maintenance

Fountain place apartments is at very nice location and maintenance staff is very nice. They promptly resolve your ticket. Amenities are nice and gym is good.

3 years, nothing’s changed.

A number of management companies have taken over this property and tried to “change” things. Things that change are: painted lines in the parking lot, but doors and accessible parts of the building are left not repaired, fix the door handles in the hallway, but flooding and mildew in stairwells doesn’t need to be addressed. Complete lack of communication between the staff and maintenance, even with documented dates/times of contact, they still try to lie and say they never received communication. Lots of excuses, and very little action. Location is great, and rent is fairly priced, as long as they don’t raise it $200-300.

Nice place to live in

I was in fountain place for almost 4-5yrs in various buildings. It has an awesome community and friendly staffs. I never faced any delay in getting maintenance work get attended. Peaceful location, comfortable for shopping as well as quick access to parks and recreation.
