Im comfortable living at Glen Pond, located by the parks, plenty of wildlife. The proximity of stores and restaurants couldn't be better. The staff is wonderful.

No Cameras in and around buildings

I stepped out my apartment for less than two hours to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy around one pm on 09/15/25. When I returned, I noticed something strange as I unlocked my door. The key turned too smoothly, with no clicking sound. I tested the lock twice, and the door was closed but not actually locked. Later, when I went to check my work laptop, I found the screens disconnected. I also noticed the bathroom door was open. At first, I thought maintenance had entered, so I called the leasing office, but they confirmed that no maintenance staff had been sent. When I checked my bedroom, I discovered that my jewelry box had been stolen. I immediately called the police, who came, took fingerprints, and filed a report. This incident shows why surveillance cameras are urgently needed for security in the building. We spoke to our neighbors, who told us their motorcycle was stolen from the basement parking area. I also read a review from a former resident of building 1340, who reported similar incidents. These are not isolated events. Even late at night, after 11 p.m., you can hear someone trying doors to see if they’re locked. My neighbor confirmed experiencing the same thing. What happens next if someone gets seriously harmed — killed, assaulted, or if a child is kidnapped? Without security cameras, there are no witnesses, no protection, and no accountability.
