The area is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is the best. All my thanks to Patrick, Ocairi, Justin, Berhane, Danny, and the rest of the staff for making Woodbridge a great place to live.

Great place to live

I love staying here! The staff is amazing and when you need anything serviced, it is taken care of fast. It's not too noisy and pretty clean even though there are animals allowed.

Would not recommend

Management gossips about employees and resident. Only cares about the property when director is involved. Maintenance here is amazing. They try their best to keep up with the old piping - leakages and overflows of toilets or dish washers happen often. Renters insurance is key here for that’s the only thing that will cover damages to your personal belongings whether you caused the leakage or not. Noise complaints are not taken seriously here, there is oh so much they will do. Not the best move in, move out environment- a lot of stairs and not so big hallways. Lost pets happened a few times here, cats in hallways on first floor let out without owner noticing, dogs on property in hallways or outside with out owner has happened a few times in the last two years I’ve lived here. Management does not treat their employees well. Some employees are not aware of it for when they are around management is really nice to them but behind their backs it’s gossip and immaturity in this space. It’s ridiculous and needs to be investigated.
