I feel very comfortable in my apartment with the nice decor, large laundry appliances in my unit, and a great floor plan with great closet space. We have onsite management and maintenance that care about the residents and are responsive. The building is professionally cleaned throughout the week which I appreciate. I like it that we are not along busy streets on all sides, and that access is a quiet street mainly used to access the property, while being able to quickly hop onto the highway. The street level garage parking is great and find the onsite storage units handy versus renting a storage unit elsewhere. I am happy here! Ive heard the same from others.

The building overall is not worth what you pay a month. Cold showers, no onsite maintenance, no cleaners. No lounge/patio furniture to enjoy outdoor patio/fireplace. High water, trash bill (because you split cost with everyone) Just overall not happy with the cost of rent compared to other places where I could have more amenities etc.

No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.
