Mostly Good
Generally a nice place to live. Office staff and Maintenance staff are great. One complaint: There are two washers for each floor, and the washer on the first floor in my building has been out-of-order for SIX MONTHS!!! It's been reported to the company responsible for it's repair and maintenance, and repeatedly to the office staff, but so far, for whatever inconvenient reason, nothing has been done.
