I have resided here for a couple of years, and I've consistently found the maintenance crew to be respectful and pleasant. The interior of my townhome is quite lovely, though I understand that each unit has its own unique characteristics. One aspect that can be a bit unsettling is the atmosphere at night, both inside and outside, which I attribute to the property's history as a former state hospital. Many residents, including myself, have experienced some rather strange sensations at various times. Parking can be challenging, especially during the winter months, as there isn't an abundance of space. On a positive note, the neighbors are generally quite friendly, and the cost of these townhomes is quite reasonable compared to others of similar size.

Nice homes but ALOT of rules not much space to park and they give out alot of Lease violations if they are looking for a easy way to get you out but it's affordable
