I have really enjoyed living here in a safe and wonderful community with amenities. Great staff. The recent rent increase for those who have been here since opening, was significant. Unsure if I will be able to continue living here at the rate they are increasing the rent. Love the apartment and neighbors.

Huge rent increases upon renewal-including the garage. This explains why many are leaving, being evicted and not choosing the garage if living here. Last Summer, they had all those paying for the garage, park outside for 6 days to clean it. There was no credit for not being able to park in the garage you paid for. Never lived in apt that had such a huge increase upon renewal-especially long term residents. Very disappointing.

You need to not raise rent on long term residents. We like it here and we pay on time . It will be 3 years here come oct. If rent goes up again I will have to move and I really don't want to, there are a few of us who feel that way. The staff here is great but you over work them. I'm sure they are not getting the pay they deserve while you all sit in your fancy homes.
